Audit & Assurance Intern, Associate & Senior Associate Roles

About the role

PwC in Skopje is expanding its Audit & Assurance practice and is looking for motivated individuals to join as Interns, Associates or Senior Associates. You will work with a diverse client base, supporting audit and internal audit engagements while developing professional expertise in a global network.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audit procedures and document findings for various clients.
• Assist in planning, execution and reporting of audit engagements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients at all levels.
• Respond promptly to client requests and provide business insights.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share information and support team objectives.
• Stay updated on new technologies and incorporate them into audit processes.
• Travel to client sites as required.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Macedonian.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Team‑working mindset and openness to feedback.
• Willingness to travel for assignments.
• For Associate level: 1‑2 years of audit or internal audit experience.
• For Senior Associate level: 3‑6 years of audit or internal audit experience; ACCA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Experience in a Big 4 firm is advantageous.
