About the role
This is a performance‑based B2B sales role in an office environment in Skopje. It is structured, measurable and rewards discipline. You will sell international conference participation packages to senior executives worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Make 80 outbound calls per day
- Reach 120 minutes of talk time daily
- Pitch at least 5 qualified prospects per day
- Speak with international senior decision‑makers
Required profile
- Comfortable with high outbound activity
- Resilient to rejection
- Interested in international business exposure
- Commission‑oriented mindset
- Motivated to build real B2B sales skills
