B2C Territory Supervisor

About the role

As a B2C Territory Supervisor you will lead the execution of consumer‑focused strategies across your assigned region, driving acquisition, conversion and retention in retail channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to grow the business and ensure a consistent, high‑quality consumer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement regional B2C activation plans and translate strategic priorities into effective field activities.
• Monitor territory performance, track metrics and take corrective actions to meet acquisition and engagement targets.
• Ensure consistent execution of activation activities, route planning and compliance with commercial standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide tools, training and support for B2C teams.
• Lead, mentor and develop third‑party B2C teams, overseeing recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Uphold consumer‑experience standards and ensure all activities comply with legal and corporate requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG and B2C channels.
• Proven team‑leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Valid driving licence with at least 2 years of active driving.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
