Bookkeeper – Accounts Payable & Expenses

About the role

Join a leading European technology operation and ensure financial accuracy across multiple markets. As a Bookkeeper you will handle expense claims, travel costs, supplier invoices and general bookkeeping, supporting the finance team in a fast‑growing multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process ~60 employee expense claims per month, reviewing receipts, compliance and country‑specific requirements.
• Reconcile travel agency invoices, company VISA card expenses and employee reimbursements.
• Enter and post approved transactions in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, ensuring accurate data transfer.
• Validate and code supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies and support automation initiatives.
• Provide day‑to‑day bookkeeping support, perform month‑end reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records across European entities.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable or expense management.
• Hands‑on experience processing employee expense and travel claims.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to resolve discrepancies and meet month‑end deadlines.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working with multinational finance operations is a plus.
