Business Development Representative – SMB (EMEA)

About the role

Insight Assurance is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive new customer acquisition across the EMEA region. You will focus on SMB and mid‑market prospects, working in CET/EET time zones to generate qualified leads for our cybersecurity and compliance audit services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote Insight Assurance’s audit solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute lead‑generation strategies.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and stay current on industry trends.
• Work with the Growth and Expansion team on targeted campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related B2B role.
• Proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and independent‑working abilities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with initiative and autonomy.
