Business Development Specialist (Automotive BDC)

About the role

HOYA Task Solutions is hiring a Business Development / Customer Sales Specialist (BDC) based in Skopje, working remotely and covering US business hours (second shift). The role supports automotive dealerships across the United States by following up on vehicle enquiries, scheduling dealership visits and turning leads into customers. Exceptional English is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Call, text and email prospective customers to schedule dealership appointments.
• Follow up on leads and convert customer interest into confirmed appointments.
• Confirm appointments, send reminders and encourage customers to attend.
• Handle objections and build rapport with prospective buyers.
• Coordinate with dealership sales and finance teams.
• Keep customer information and appointment records accurate in the CRM.
• Meet individual performance targets for calls, appointments and attendance.

Required profile

• C2-level English (or equivalent) with outstanding spoken fluency, clear pronunciation and an accent easily understood by American customers; this is the primary selection criterion.
• Ability to hold natural, engaging conversations without relying on scripts.
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service or call centres.
• Located in or around Skopje and able to attend in-person training at the office.
• Available for second shift (US business hours), including weekends.
• Comfortable with a mandatory spoken English assessment during recruitment.
