Carrier Sales Broker

About the role

The Carrier Sales Broker will work on‑site in Skopje, building and maintaining strong relationships with carrier partners to secure reliable capacity for Freightbull’s customers. The role focuses on sourcing rates, negotiating contracts, and matching loads with appropriate carriers while meeting service and profitability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, onboard and manage a network of carriers, ensuring compliance with safety and insurance standards.
• Negotiate rates, secure truck capacity and match loads to carriers in real‑time.
• Monitor shipments, provide updates, and resolve service issues in coordination with carriers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems and support continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams and contribute to training and onboarding of new colleagues.

Required profile

• Customer‑facing experience with strong service orientation.
• Background in brokerage, logistics or related transactional industries.
• Sales and negotiation experience, comfortable prospecting and closing carrier opportunities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving ability in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Transportation Management System (TMS) platforms.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and standard office software.
