Chief Financial Officer

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to shape and execute the Group's financial vision. Reporting directly to the CEO and advising shareholders, the CFO will drive financial performance across the holding and its subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group’s financial strategy aligned with long‑term growth plans.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Oversee consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, cost allocation, and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage treasury operations, liquidity planning, cash‑flow management and capital‑raising initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, lenders, investors and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with financing agreements, covenants and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and continuously improve financial governance, internal controls and policies.
• Coordinate external audits, tax advisory and regulatory reporting.
• Analyse performance data to provide strategic recommendations for profitability and cost optimisation.
• Lead finance transformation, process optimisation, reporting enhancements and automation.
• Mentor and develop finance leaders across all business entities.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent) is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior executive roles.
• Experience in a holding or multi‑company environment preferred.
• Proven track record in corporate finance, financial strategy, reporting and business planning.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to support strategic decisions.
