Commercial Controller and Pricing Analyst

About the role

As a Commercial Controller and Pricing Analyst you will provide financial insight and pricing analysis that support strategic decision‑making, margin optimisation and commercial performance. The role combines accurate financial control with pricing governance and involves regular interaction with customers to ensure smooth cash‑flow.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Finance Price Management team to update sales prices and payment terms in SAP/Unify.
• Maintain and audit sales price and payment term data, escalating any system issues to Finance and Commercial teams.
• Support regional customer service requirements related to price changes and checks.
• Identify opportunities to improve control mechanisms and business profitability.
• Assist finance teams with billing documents, including invoices, credit/debit notes and cancellations.
• Process rebates and perform reconciliations for sales and finance teams.
• Analyse processes for continuous improvement and drive system automation.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit activities.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial finance, pricing or controlling.
• Strong knowledge of cost structures, P&L impact and revenue modelling.
• Analytical and business‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to spot risks early and propose corrective actions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Experience using Power BI for data visualisation.
