Content Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Content Manager to join a new project in Skopje, working closely with Cheil Europe to oversee content operations. The role balances strategic planning with day‑to‑day coordination, ideal for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to manage client expectations on delivery timelines and progress.
• Receive and manage market requests (tickets) and triage them effectively.
• Provide end‑to‑end management of the production team (Content Authors, QAs), assigning tasks and coordinating activities.
• Guide and deliver technical support to the production team.
• Lead daily stand‑up meetings.
• Manage workflow, liaise with enabling teams, and mitigate dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers.
• Prepare weekly status reports, attend status calls, and track project progress.
• Analyse L2 scope, review Content Matrix and Market Input, and support markets with queries.
• Handle sprint management, backlog creation, and stakeholder communication on progress and blockers.
• Maintain project tracking dashboards and ensure end‑to‑end ownership of activities within the supplier’s scope.

Required profile

• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers across teams.
• Experience leading daily stand‑up meetings and producing status reports.
• Analytical mindset for scope analysis and content matrix review.
• Familiarity with sprint and backlog management processes.
