About the role

Logan Premium is a third‑party logistics provider focused on integrity, service and flawless execution. As a Customer Operations Representative you will work alongside a Senior Sales Representative to support and develop core accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer operations for a Senior Sales Representative, including tracking, paperwork collection, and appointment scheduling.
• Learn and apply best practices for customer operations such as prompt communication, issue resolution, and relationship management.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and carrier sales teams to ensure a cohesive and effective customer‑operations and growth strategy.
