Customer Service Executive

About the role

As a Customer Service Executive at Johnson Matthey in Skopje, you will support the supply chain and commercial teams by managing canner schedules, coordinating meetings and ensuring accurate SAP transactions. This 14‑month fixed‑term position (maternity leave cover) offers a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage canner schedules and delivery plans in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with canners and distribute meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support production planning, inventory management, and operational stock levels.
• Maintain daily communication with canners, providing updates, resolving requests, and escalating schedule changes.
• Ensure accurate SAP transactions for consignment consumption to support invoicing and financial reporting.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to achieve sales targets and maintain supply continuity.
• Share customer demand insights and sales forecasts with relevant stakeholders.
• Support product lifecycle management to minimise obsolescence.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
• Perform additional duties within the scope of the role as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in an administrative and/or sales support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP ERP.
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills.
