Customer Success Manager

About the role

Lead Gen Dept is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary liaison for our technology‑sector clients. You will ensure client satisfaction by overseeing campaign execution, delivering performance updates, and addressing any questions that arise.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with assigned clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Provide regular updates on campaign status, metrics, and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Manager to align client expectations with team capabilities.
• Identify and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Gather client feedback and relay insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.

• Passionate about delivering value to clients and supporting a fast‑paced sales development environment.
