Customer Success Manager (Remote)

About the role

BuzzyBooth is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help our restaurant, dental office, and local‑business clients get the most out of our photo‑booth‑powered marketing automation platform. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring clients not only adopt the solution but also grow their businesses with it.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new clients through onboarding and initial setup.
• Provide ongoing support to guarantee effective use of BuzzyBooth.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, regularly checking on client goals.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the technical team when needed.
• Collect and share client feedback to inform product improvements.
• Identify upsell opportunities and help customers unlock additional value.
• Gather testimonials and referrals to support marketing efforts.

Required profile

• Prior experience in customer success, account management, or support.
• Strong, clear communication in English with little to no accent.
• Solution‑oriented, friendly, and highly organized.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Passion for helping others succeed.
