About the role

Globe Logistic seeks a proactive CDL Driver Recruiter to lead driver recruitment for the U.S. trucking market. The role involves sourcing, screening, and guiding qualified drivers through the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify, and recruit experienced CDL drivers for the U.S. trucking market.
• Screen candidates, review PSP, MVR, and background check reports, and manage applications using Tenstreet.
• Communicate pay, schedules, equipment, and job expectations clearly to candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and coordinate onboarding with Safety and Operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience recruiting CDL drivers in the U.S. trucking industry.
• Understanding of U.S. trucking market hiring requirements and driver documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Tenstreet recruitment platform.
• Familiarity with PSP, MVR, and background check processes.
