Early Childhood Educator

About the role

Deliver programs inspired by the EYLF and Reggio Emilia approaches, nurture children’s wellbeing and sense of belonging, and build strong relationships with families while contributing to a positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement daily learning programs aligned with EYLF and Reggio Emilia principles.
• Support children’s emotional and social wellbeing, fostering a sense of belonging.
• Develop trusting, collaborative relationships with families.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for children and staff.
• Participate in continuous learning and team development.

Required profile

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA recognised).
• Relevant experience in early childhood education.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS standards.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification.
• Willingness to complete federally mandated National Child Safety Training if not already held.
