Enterprise Architect

About the role

Quipu, the dedicated IT arm of the ProCredit group, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape and govern its technology landscape. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to align architecture standards with business objectives and drive innovation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define architecture standards and a governance framework that align with business goals.
• Develop and lead architecture strategies, ensuring integrated solutions across interdependent technologies.
• Collaborate on critical Software Development Life Cycle steps that impact enterprise-wide integration and architecture standards.
• Evaluate emerging technology roadmaps, conduct proof‑of‑concepts, and assess adoption risks.
• Engage board members, department heads, and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and communicate architecture strategies.
• Design and implement automation and orchestration strategies for streamlined software delivery and cloud resource scaling.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs.
• Participate in PCI compliance audits with internal and external auditors.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Business IT.
• Proven experience in analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of .NET‑based application systems.
• Experience integrating work streams across Enterprise, Data, Network Architecture, DevSecOps and Security domains.
• Working knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Willingness to deepen DevOps and public cloud expertise, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and availability to travel.
