Events & Experiences Coordinator

About the role

The Events & Experiences Coordinator will support Publicis Groupe Macedonia in designing, planning and delivering a wide range of client‑focused events and activations. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to create memorable experiences that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with assigned clients and build long‑term relationships.
• Translate client objectives into effective event, activation and experiential strategies.
• Plan, organise and execute corporate events, product launches, conferences, festivals, trade fairs, tastings and other brand activations.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and deliverables to ensure profitability and on‑time execution.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and external partners, overseeing logistics and on‑site execution.
• Negotiate with suppliers, brief freelance staff and supervise their work throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor market trends, client developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare post‑event reports, evaluate performance and share insights with internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event management, experiential marketing or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience working with clients, suppliers and external partners.
• Ability to manage budgets, deadlines and project deliverables.
• Creative and practical problem‑solving approach.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
