Finance Analyst – Sales (System & Process)

About the role

As a Finance Analyst – Sales (System & Process) you will join Johnson Matthey’s global finance team in Skopje, supporting the commercial organisation with timely and accurate financial insights. You will work on modelling, reporting and analysis that drive pricing, margin and incentive decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the global commercial team to deliver clear financial insights.
• Own and continuously improve the Global Quote Finance Model (GQFM).
• Develop and analyse contribution margin reports by product and customer.
• Build and maintain global inflation models to support pricing decisions.
• Track commercial incentives and ensure accurate financial accounting.
• Support the sales team on customer‑related financial topics and enforce strong financial controls.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Strong experience in a finance or manufacturing function within a large organisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to work across global teams and influence decision‑making.
• Advanced analytical skills and solid understanding of financial processes and reporting.

Required skills

• Advanced Power BI proficiency.
• Advanced Excel reporting skills.
