Finance & Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to own and streamline the entire back‑office of Influencers.club. The role combines finance, payroll, compliance and office management, allowing you to design and execute processes that keep the company running smoothly. You will work closely with the founders and external accountants while operating mostly remotely with one day per week on‑site in Skopje.

Key responsibilities

• Manage invoicing, collections and vendor payments for two entities (Estonia and North Macedonia), ensuring timely recurring enterprise invoices.
• Oversee monthly close, revenue reconciliation and cash position, including bank and Stripe reconciliation and FX handling.
• Administer payroll runs, state portal filings and tax liaison with accountants and auditors.
• Control company spend through per‑person cards, subscription registers and budget monitoring.
• Handle office logistics – rent, utilities, supplies, equipment, vendor relationships and repairs.
• Coordinate travel, events, off‑sites and team activities from booking to execution.
• Maintain leave tracking, onboarding/offboarding checklists and contract administration with e‑signature workflows.
• Ensure compliance for the Macedonian entity, including AVRM registrations and occupational health & safety.

Required profile

• Hands‑on professional comfortable performing finance and operations tasks while building scalable processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing back‑office functions across multiple jurisdictions is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle diverse responsibilities.
