Financial Controller

About the role

ASEE BSS is seeking a Financial Controller to join its local Controlling team in Skopje. You will turn data into actionable insights, support business decisions and work closely with finance, accounting and other business units.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc financial analyses, reports and presentations for local management.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to aid decision‑making.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and controlling practices.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar finance role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive, collaborative and eager to develop new skills.
