Fractional B2B Marketing Analyst

About the role

The Fractional B2B Marketing Analyst role is a remote contract position focused on supporting demand generation and revenue growth initiatives for B2B technology clients. You will work with GTM Bench’s portfolio of SaaS and B2B tech companies, analyzing performance data and turning insights into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance data and build dashboards and reports to track key metrics.
• Identify trends across account‑based marketing (ABM), pipeline generation, and content‑led demand programs.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and client teams to translate insights into recommendations that improve targeting, channel performance, and full‑funnel conversion.
• Forecast and monitor buyer intent signals to inform optimization strategies.
• Contribute to partner and ecosystem‑driven campaign optimization.

Required profile

• Strong sales and marketing analytics capabilities, including KPI tracking and campaign performance analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and revenue funnels.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple client projects, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
