About the role

Turn your passion for luxury into a flexible freelance opportunity. As a Luxury Brand Evaluator you will discreetly assess customer experiences in boutiques, online stores, and after‑sales interactions, helping premium brands improve their service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Visit selected luxury boutiques or evaluate online purchase journeys.
• Interact naturally with sales staff as a regular customer and observe service quality, atmosphere, and attention to detail.
• Submit structured feedback through CXG’s digital platform after each mission.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older and a current customer of premium or luxury brands.
• Not under contract with any retail brand to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail‑oriented, observant and passionate about customer experience.
