Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

Mirage Hotel & Spa, a 4-star property in Struga with views of Ohrid Lake, is hiring a full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist. The role covers guest reception, check-in and check-out, phone handling and guest inquiries, and works closely with housekeeping and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out processes
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries professionally and courteously
• Handle reservations and process payments
• Maintain accurate guest records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to keep operations running smoothly
• Inform guests about hotel services, local attractions and transport options
• Resolve guest issues promptly to support a positive guest experience

Required profile

• Experience with reception duties such as check-in/check-out, reservations and front desk operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills, able to deal professionally with diverse guests
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and clerical tasks such as data entry and filing
• Ability to stay organized, multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Fluency in English and local languages is beneficial; additional languages are a plus
