Functional D365 FO Consultant

About the role

ForUp is seeking a full‑time Functional D365 FO Consultant to join its Skopje team. The role combines on‑site collaboration with remote work, allowing you to work closely with clients to translate business needs into effective Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and perform FIT/GAP assessments.
• Translate processes into functional design documents and configure Finance and Supply Chain modules in D365 FO.
• Prepare, review and validate functional design documentation.
• Support testing activities, including UAT coordination and issue tracking.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide 1st/2nd line support.
• Deliver key‑user training, go‑live assistance and post‑go‑live optimisation.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across full implementation lifecycles.
• Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering and FIT/GAP analysis.
• Background in testing, UAT coordination and functional support.
• Experience delivering user training and change‑management for ERP solutions.
• Solid understanding of finance, accounting or supply‑chain concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related field; Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
