Generalist Production & Operations Associate – New Factory in Štip

About the role

We are launching a new manufacturing facility in Štip and need a versatile team member to support the start‑up phase. You will act as a generalist, moving between production, recruitment, administration, supplier coordination and other tasks that arise as the plant gets up and running.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily production activities and workplace preparation.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of production staff.
• Coordinate with suppliers, external partners and government offices.
• Collaborate closely with our existing site in the Czech Republic, including an extended training period at the Czech factory.
• Handle ad‑hoc administrative duties and help solve operational challenges.

Required profile

• Flexible and comfortable handling a variety of tasks.
• Practical, solution‑oriented and confident in decision‑making.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Quick learner, proactive and willing to figure things out.
• Fluent in English and motivated to grow with the company.
