About the role

We are seeking an experienced Global Recruiter to source and hire top talent across European, UK, US, Ukrainian and other markets for AirAdvisor, a fast‑growing TravelTech and LegalTech startup focused on airline passenger compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media and other digital channels.
• Engage candidates with compelling messages that highlight the role, mission and impact.
• Manage the offer process, negotiate terms and ensure candidates are excited to join AirAdvisor.
• Leverage market knowledge to identify where the best talent resides and understand hiring practices across target markets.
• Develop and nurture long‑term talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment and talent‑acquisition experience.
• Proven success recruiting for a variety of non‑technical positions.
• Advanced sourcing expertise with LinkedIn, job boards and social media.
• Creative outreach strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Data‑driven, results‑oriented approach with ability to meet hiring targets.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
• Independent worker who also thrives in a collaborative team environment.
