HubSpot Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a HubSpot Specialist to own and operate our HubSpot platform, ensuring every lead generated by Shortlister is captured, nurtured and measured. You will be the technical guardian of contacts, workflows, reporting and LinkedIn integration, turning raw data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own HubSpot configuration: contacts, properties, lists, segmentation, lifecycle stages and capacity planning.
• Design, build and send email campaigns, including the monthly newsletter.
• Create and maintain automated workflows for onboarding, nurture, re‑engagement and behavioural triggers.
• Set up and manage forms, landing pages and lead capture across website, webinars, events and LinkedIn.
• Maintain lead scoring, data hygiene, deduplication and validated imports.
• Produce monthly reports on lead sources, campaign performance, list growth and pipeline contribution.
• Run the Shortlister LinkedIn company page: create content, maintain posting cadence and grow engagement among benefits consultants, brokers and HR buyers.
• Capture LinkedIn‑sourced leads in HubSpot with proper attribution and test/optimise LinkedIn Ads or lead‑gen forms.

Required profile

• Deep, hands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM – non‑negotiable.
• Proven track record building multi‑step automated workflows and managing high‑volume data.
• Ability to create reports that answer commercial questions and explain results.
• Practical experience managing an organic LinkedIn company page and driving engagement.
• Strong written English for short‑form content.
• Self‑directed and comfortable owning a system end‑to‑end.
