Infrastructure Engineer – Skopje

About the role

RLDatix is looking for a Skopje‑based Infrastructure Engineer to join its Corporate Systems Infrastructure team. You will help keep business‑critical finance and strategic operations platforms running smoothly, ensuring reliable service for healthcare customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Use established tools to resolve routine user issues and maintain system uptime for critical infrastructure.
• Apply systematic troubleshooting methods to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
• Create clear technical communications, user guides, and documentation for end users and stakeholders.
• Process support cases and perform system administration tasks to meet service‑level expectations.
• Monitor emerging technology trends and recommend enhancements for corporate systems.

Required profile

• Strong foundational experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, especially Microsoft Azure and Windows Server environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain operational continuity for business‑critical systems.
• Relevant certifications such as AZ‑900, AZ‑104, Microsoft 365/Entra ID administration, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
• Understanding of regulated environments (healthcare, SaaS) and data‑protection principles like GDPR.
• Willingness to commute to the Skopje office on a hybrid basis.
• Genuine interest in improving healthcare through technology.
