Inside Sales Representative – North Macedonia

About the role

Support sales teams in identifying and developing new business opportunities, onboarding partners, and ensuring customers receive the right solutions at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales teams in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Assist in onboarding and enabling new partners.
• Act as a connector between vendors, partners, and internal teams.
• Support creation of proposals, BOMs, technical documentation, and solution architectures.
• Organize technical workshops, training sessions, and partner events.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, finance, logistics, and customer support.
• Maintain accurate customer and deal data per company policies.

Required profile

• Experience in inside sales, channel sales, IT distribution, or similar environment.
• Exposure to working with resellers, system integrators, or technology vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Basic understanding of pricing, margins, rebates, and commercial concepts.
• Willingness to learn and adapt as technology and customer needs evolve.
