Junior B2B Business Development Representative (Remote, North Macedonia)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior B2B Business Development Representative to join our outbound sales team. Working remotely from anywhere in North Macedonia, you will initiate contact with prospective companies in the US and Western Europe and schedule qualified meetings for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to decision‑makers, handling objections and securing meeting appointments.
• Send follow‑up emails using the Instantly platform and optimise subject lines and copy.
• Engage prospects on LinkedIn via Sales Navigator, sending connection requests and personalized messages.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in HubSpot.
• Test and iterate outreach scripts, subject lines and value propositions based on performance metrics.

Required profile

• Excellent English (C2 level) – spoken and written.
• Proven experience contacting strangers through cold calling, email or messaging.
• High resilience and ability to handle frequent rejections.
• Curiosity to analyse what works and adjust outreach tactics.
• Fast learner comfortable adopting new sales tools.
