Junior Controller – Finance & Controlling

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Controller to join our finance team. The role supports the preparation and analysis of financial information, helping to ensure accurate reporting and effective budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and statements.
• Prepare regular reports, evaluations and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities.
• Analyze cost and service structures and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain and develop controlling tools, reports and KPI systems.
• Assist the team in monitoring business performance and ensuring transparency of financial figures.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a related field.
• Practical experience in controlling, finance or accounting through internships or student jobs is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen affinity for working with numbers.
• Structured, accurate and detail‑oriented approach to work.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (advantageous).
