Junior Data Processor

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Data Processor to join our logistics centre supporting international clients in sectors such as plastics, steel, paper, tires, commodities and transport. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely logistics information across our global network.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Manage transport planning, stock levels and time registrations.
• Monitor productivity data and generate performance reports.
• Enter, analyse and validate data using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Create labels, transport orders and perform quality control checks.
• Conduct full transport follow‑up, including Track & Trace.
• Maintain KPIs and prepare regular performance dashboards.
• Support purchasing processes and invoice data tracking.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a logical, structured approach.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with databases and data‑entry tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP/WMS software.
• Data entry and data validation skills.
