Junior IT System Administrator

About the role

Casumo is looking for a Junior IT System Administrator to join its Internal IT team. You will help keep internal systems running smoothly, support colleagues, and continuously improve tools that enable the business to focus on its core mission.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the support and daily operation of internal IT services, continuously seeking improvements.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
• Learn and manage SaaS applications, endpoints and network components to enhance day‑to‑day tasks.
• Administer the Atlassian portfolio (Jira, Confluence) to boost employee productivity.
• Automate routine tasks and keep technical documentation up to date.
• Improve remote collaboration experiences for distributed colleagues.
• Occasionally travel to other offices to provide hands‑on support.

Required profile

• Sharp technical mind with a strong desire to learn and research.
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals and corporate security concepts.
• Willingness to invest time in expanding knowledge and applying it in a structured way.
• Experience managing Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365 (basic administration is sufficient).
• Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
