Junior SAP Specialist – Financials (RMCA)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior SAP Specialist focused on Finance (RMCA/FI-CA) to support A1 Group’s operations across multiple countries. This position offers a fast‑paced environment where you can learn SAP fundamentals and make a real impact.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP RMCA, especially FI‑CA, to ensure smooth financial processes.
• Assist senior SAP team members, gather business requirements, and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Participate in SAP configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
• Document functional and technical specifications and help troubleshoot ABAP‑related issues.
• Support system stability, data integrity, and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics or related field.
• Basic accounting knowledge, particularly accounts receivable.
• Strong willingness to learn, self‑development and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent English; German or Croatian a plus.
