Junior Videographer

About the role

AdValue Marketing Agency is looking for a Junior Videographer to join its production team. You will start by supporting various video projects and, as you develop your skills, take ownership of your own productions for commercial, corporate, and social‑media clients.

Key responsibilities

• Film commercial, corporate and social‑media video content.
• Assist on larger productions and set up cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
• Operate gimbals, drones and other production gear on location or in‑studio.
• Capture interviews, events, podcasts, promotional videos and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Organise and manage footage, production files and basic video edits.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, account managers and creative teams throughout the production process.

Required profile

• Passion for videography and visual storytelling.
• Eagerness to learn, accept feedback and improve continuously.
• Attention to detail, positive attitude and reliability.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar).
• Experience with Nikon mirrorless camera systems.
• Familiarity with DJI Ronin stabilizers, DJI action cameras and camera drones.
• Knowledge of professional audio gear (wireless lavalier, boom and podcast microphones).
• Use of professional lighting equipment for studio and on‑location shoots.
• Understanding of video switchers (ATEM) and live‑streaming equipment.
