About the role

Gerresheimer is looking for a Quality Controller to ensure that production meets all specifications throughout the manufacturing process. The role involves performing visual, functional and dimensional tests, as well as product‑specific measurements, to guarantee high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production against specifications across the entire process.
• Conduct visual, functional and dimensional tests according to test plans.
• Perform product‑specific and special measurements as required.
• Control quality and approve production orders, especially at series start‑up.
• Verify test results and react to deviations following internal procedures.
• Support measurement system analysis and continuous improvement initiatives (5S).
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education with at least 2 years of quality‑related experience.
• Strong IT skills, especially with Office applications and MES.
• Basic knowledge of test methods and measurement technology.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Positive attitude, high motivation and good communication/problem‑solving abilities.
