About the role

The Quality Controller ensures that production processes meet all specifications and quality standards. Working on the shop floor, you will independently carry out a range of tests and measurements, verify results, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production against specifications throughout the entire process.
• Perform visual, functional and dimensional inspections according to the test plan.
• Conduct product‑specific and special measurements as required.
• Approve production orders, especially at the start of new series.
• Verify test results and react to any deviations following internal procedures.
• Support analysis of measurement systems and drive continuous improvement (5S).
• Adhere to company standards, internal regulations and work in shift patterns.

Required profile

• Secondary vocational education with at least 2 years of experience in a quality‑control role.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Positive attitude toward company policies and ability to keep team motivation high.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Basic knowledge of test methods, measurement technology and production processes.
