About the role

The Quality Controller – Plastics will ensure that production of plastic pharmaceutical packaging meets all required specifications. Working on the shop floor, you will independently perform visual, functional and dimensional tests, as well as product‑specific measurements, to guarantee product quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production processes against specifications throughout the entire workflow.
• Execute visual, functional and dimensional tests according to the test plan.
• Carry out product‑specific and special measurements as defined by specifications.
• Control quality and approve production orders, especially at the start of new series.
• Verify test results and react to deviations following internal procedures.
• Support analysis of measurement systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S).
• Adhere to company standards, internal regulations and work in shift patterns.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education with at least 2 years of experience in a similar quality role.
• Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications and MES systems.
• Basic knowledge of test methods and measurement technology.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Positive attitude toward company policies and ability to stay motivated within a team.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
