About the role

The Loyalty Program Coordinator will plan, coordinate and execute all activities related to the company’s loyalty initiatives. Based in Veles, the role works closely with marketing, sales, IT, finance and HR teams to deliver attractive offers and promotions for customers and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual and monthly plans for loyalty offers, discounts and promotional activities.
• Coordinate loyalty offers, club promotions, personalized benefits, reward campaigns and other consumer programs.
• Propose and implement activities tailored to different user groups, including B2B loyalty solutions for companies and institutions.
• Manage employee‑specific benefits and coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, commerce, sales, IT, finance and HR.
• Communicate and coordinate with external partners, suppliers and participating companies.
• Prepare briefs, procedures, guidelines and materials required for proper execution of activities.
• Monitor program implementation in stores, track key results, prepare periodic reports and analyze market trends.
• Ensure accuracy, up‑to‑date status and confidentiality of loyalty program data.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing, loyalty programs, CRM, retail or project coordination is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination abilities.
• Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Creative mindset with the ability to suggest new solutions.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and data handling.
