Lead Java Developer – Architecture & Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Java Developer to shape architecture and drive the success of cutting‑edge projects in a dynamic, innovative environment. You will combine advanced technical expertise with leadership to deliver strategic, high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural decisions and define best practices for scalable, secure, high‑performing solutions.
• Develop expert‑level Java backend services within a micro‑services architecture.
• Configure, optimize, and fine‑tune Java applications for peak performance.
• Implement cloud security management and DevOps best practices.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging platform features to enhance system capabilities.
• Set up comprehensive monitoring and alerting to maintain system health.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering technical growth.
• Provide technical leadership across the full development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience.
• Azure or AWS certification with extensive hands‑on experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and setting architectural direction.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
