About the role
Join Lear's new logistics centre in Skopje as a Material Administrator. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who want to start a career in supply chain management, ensuring timely delivery of materials to production lines.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of production materials to achieve Just‑in‑Time availability.
- Support inbound and outbound traffic management, working with carriers and third‑party logistics providers.
- Monitor customer schedules and release information to suppliers to maximise cost‑effectiveness.
- Maintain inventory levels to meet production targets and ensure accurate ERP data.
- Collaborate with internal teams on new parts introductions and engineering change notices.
- Communicate with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve supply‑chain issues.
- Promote health, safety and environmental standards and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree (open to fresh graduates).
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
