Materials Planner

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Materials Planner to join our newly launched logistics hub in Skopje. You will play a key part in ensuring that material and logistics requirements align with customer needs and manufacturing productivity targets, supporting our seating plants across Europe and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver production materials to the manufacturing line on a Just‑in‑Time basis and meet daily measurable targets.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound traffic, working with carriers and 3PL providers.
• Analyze and manage customer schedules, issuing accurate timelines to suppliers while avoiding premium costs.
• Support manufacturing and customer requirements and maintain supplier component lead times.
• Maintain inventory value and accuracy targets.
• Manage supplier and inventory static data in the ERP system.
• Introduce Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and new parts cost‑effectively.
• Provide information to management on operational issues and continuously improve procedures.
• Encourage supplier accountability and support internal departments in issue resolution.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Business, IT or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems for inventory and supplier data management.
