About the role

Diaverum, a multinational renal‑care provider operating across Europe, is seeking a Nephrologist to deliver high‑quality medical care in its dialysis centres.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hemodialysis and hemodiafiltration treatments according to individual patient needs.
• Participate in daily patient‑care activities and contribute to centre operations.
• Prepare and submit clinical reports and documentation.
• Consult with colleagues to plan and adjust treatment protocols.
• Interpret basic laboratory results, electrocardiograms and chest radiographs and prescribe appropriate therapy.
• Record daily patient status and ensure accurate clinical notes.
• Attend patient rounds individually or as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Medical degree with specialization in nephrology.
• License to practice medicine in Macedonia.
• Strong patient‑centred approach and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and healthcare staff.
