.NET Software Developer

About the role

Quipu, the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group, is looking for an experienced .NET Software Developer to join its team in Skopje. You will work on end‑to‑end solutions for banks and financial institutions, covering everything from electronic payment services to hybrid cloud hosting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain software solutions following company standards and policies.
• Participate in all stages of technical solution preparation – analysis, estimation, documentation, coding, bug fixing, and support.
• Resolve incidents reported by software users, apply corrective actions, and perform changes according to standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience with .NET (C#) and MSSQL.
• Banking environment experience is a strong advantage.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related scientific field.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills, with a learning mindset.
• Self‑organized, flexible, reliable and a team player.
