Onboarding Operations Analyst

About the role

The Onboarding Operations Analyst will ensure seamless migration of resident user, entitlement, and payment data onto Vesper, Deltatre's OTT video platform. Working hybrid with at least one day per week on‑site in Skopje, you will partner with project, product and engineering teams to deliver clean go‑lives without disrupting the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project team to migrate customer data onto Vesper, maintaining a solid understanding of product impacts.
• Lead client workshops to scope, troubleshoot and perform gap analysis for data migrations.
• Serve as the escalation point for technical onboarding queries and data review cycles.
• Conduct post‑go‑live monitoring, generate data‑health reports and support issue resolution.
• Maintain and enhance self‑serve guidance material, leveraging AI tools to streamline processes and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to scale onboarding across multiple residents.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience in data migration, preferably involving user, entitlement or payment data.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with proven gap‑analysis experience.
• Hands‑on experience conducting client workshops, scoping sessions and troubleshooting.
• Ability to understand platform behavior and assess downstream data impacts.
• Experience creating and maintaining process documentation or self‑serve guides.
• Practical use of AI tools to improve efficiency and documentation quality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially with non‑technical stakeholders.
