Onboarding Operations Analyst

About the role

The Onboarding Operations Analyst will own the end‑to‑end process of migrating resident user, entitlement, and payment data onto Vesper, Deltatre’s OTT video platform. Working hybrid with at least one day per week in the Skopje office, you will collaborate closely with project, product, and engineering teams to ensure smooth, disruption‑free onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate data migration and onboarding of customer user, entitlement, and payment information onto Vesper.
• Conduct client workshops to scope requirements, troubleshoot issues, and perform gap analysis.
• Serve as the escalation point for technical onboarding questions and data review cycles.
• Monitor post‑go‑live data health, generate reports, identify issues, and support resolution.
• Maintain and expand self‑serve guidance material, leveraging AI tools to streamline processes and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to scale onboarding across multiple residents.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience in data migrations, preferably involving user, entitlement, or payment data.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with proven gap‑analysis experience.
• Hands‑on experience conducting client workshops, scoping, and troubleshooting sessions.
• Ability to understand product/platform behavior and assess downstream data impact.
• Experience creating and maintaining process documentation or self‑serve guides.
• Practical use of AI tools to improve efficiency and documentation quality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
