Online Ordering Onboarding Representative

About the role

Slice is a technology platform that helps independent pizzerias and restaurants launch and manage online ordering. We are looking for an Online Ordering Onboarding Representative to guide new and existing partners through the go‑live process, ensure successful adoption of our solution, and help drive long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding and configuration of online ordering shops, including hardware and software setup.
• Deliver training and early‑lifecycle support to restaurant owners and staff.
• Monitor partner health, identify at‑risk accounts and proactively intervene to prevent churn.
• Build strong relationships with shop owners, gather feedback and recommend product improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Data Entry, Menu and other internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English; fluent Spanish is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in account management, sales or customer support for restaurants.
• Strong communication, selling and upselling abilities.
• Self‑starter with good time‑management and ability to prioritize high‑impact tasks.
• Adaptable, persuasive listener who can think on their feet in a fast‑paced startup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Docs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
