Operations Associate, Courier Onboarding

About the role

As an Operations Associate in the Courier Onboarding team, you will help bring new courier partners onto Wolt’s platform in North Macedonia, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to deliver a high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard, retain, and grow the number of happy courier partners.
• Manage daily courier gear operations, coordinating with the logistics partner and handling gear‑related queries.
• Monitor courier supply trends across cities, flag potential issues, and support local actions.
• Identify blockers in the onboarding flow, propose improvements, and streamline processes.
• Recommend enhancements to communication and engagement to boost conversion rates.
• Create and refine processes that increase operational efficiency and scalability.
