About the role

The company is looking for a dedicated Machine Operator for its plastics production line. You will work on a shift basis, ensuring the line runs smoothly while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Independently monitor material, product and equipment quality through regular controls.
• Continuously observe the assigned production line process.
• Maintain line parameters according to production specifications.
• Carry out inspections in line with production documentation and specifications.
• Identify root causes of errors and initiate corrective or escalation actions.
• Prepare and maintain GMP‑compliant documentation, cleaning records and daily logs.
• Communicate effectively across shifts to achieve production targets.
• Report raw material quality issues to the responsible supervisor with precise defect details.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferably experience in regulated, pharmaceutical, medical or sterile production settings.
• Basic knowledge of the English language.
